A self-initiated concept piece: six unbuilt villas you can walk through in 3D, open room by room, and re-render in three interior styles.

A villa that hasn't been built yet can only be sold as an idea, and a folder of stills is a poor way to hand someone an idea. We wanted to see how far the other direction could go if the buyer could open the house themselves.
Six properties, each with a villa page and a 3D model you drag to orbit. Room jumpers drop you straight into the living room, kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, and every room re-renders in three interior styles Modern Minimal, Scandinavian, or Glam Luxe. Amenities, floor plans, and a full render gallery sit behind the same panel.
Every image here is a 3D render, not a photograph nothing has been built yet. Mavelle was never commissioned or sold; we made it to find out what the format could do. It stays in the portfolio because it says more about our 3D and interactive work than a brief ever would.
